New Haven, CT USA-- Wilfredo Perez, a street sweeper driver for the New Haven Public Works department expains the workings of the machine to Jasmin Ichpas, a 5th grader at Clinton Avenue School. The event was part of an instructional Earth Day campaign titled; "Clean Sweep New Haven" where 5th and 6th graders learned how the city services work and the importance of being environmentally responsible.
