OnJuly 24, 1918, he sailed for France withthe 340th Infantry, with which regimenthe remained until his death. On OctoberI 0th, Captain Berry was taken sick withinfluenza, which later developed intobronchial pneumonia. He is survived byhis parents, Mr. and Mrs. John KingBerry, I 8 Agassiz Street, Cambridge,Mass., where his father is engaged in thepractice of law. Captain Berry was un-married. Capt. STANTON K.
