The image captures Sumber B trucks from the 307th Supply Train of the 82nd Division, wagons from the 149th Pennsylvania (formerly 1st Illinois) of the 42nd Division, and machine gun carts from the 322 Machine Gun Company of the 82nd Division. They are seen washing up in the Aire River alongside a rebuilt bridge just west of Apremont, in the Ardennes region of France. The photo was taken on October 28, 1918, and released by the Censor on December 25, 1918.
