This is an image of an adult Gannet coming into land at the nesting site on the RSPB Bempton Cliffs site, north of Bridlington, East Yorkshire in July 2014. The image was taken using a Nikon D7100 fitted with a Nikon 70-300mm lens operating at 300mm. The exposure was 1/640th second at on ISO100. The background shows a calm North Sea.
