The Queens Life Guards is one of two Senior Household Cavalry Regiment. When the Queen is in Residence at Buckingham Palace, The Guard consists of one Officer, One Corporal Major, two Non Commissioned Officers, One Trumpeter and Ten troopers. This is known as the Long Guard
