13th century Palazzo Re Enzo on Palazzo Re Enzo is a palace located next to Piazza del Nettuno in the historic centre of Bologna in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy. The palace is named after Enzio of Sardinia, Frederick II's son, The palace hosts cultural events and exhibitions. Nearby on the small Piazza del Nettuno is Fontana del Nettuno - Fountain of Neptune, a monumental fountain, and a model example of the Mannerist taste of the Italian courtly elite in the mid-sixteenth century.
