One of the prettiest of early spring-blooming bulbs, of dwarf habit, with sprays of exquisite rich blue flowers. MuscARi, Grape Hy,\cinth Lily of the Valley (Ready in November) One of the most charming of spring-flowering plants, and can readily be flowered in the house. The simplest method for indoor culture is to place a bundle of 25 pips in a 7 or 8-inch pot, filling it up with sand, moss, light soil or bulb fibre, allow- ing the points of the pips to be about an inch above the surface. They should then be placed out of doors and brought indoors as wanted, and put in a shaded place in a temperature of about 70 degrees, and when the spikes are 3 to 4 inches high they may be brought to where they are to perfect their flowers.
