Stele in the form of a door, and the statue of the tomb of Mirruka, drawn by Boudier from a photograph of the tomb of Mirruka drawn by M de Morgan.  Mirruka is now more commonly spelled Mereruka.  The mastaba of Mereruka is the largest and most elaborate of all the non-royal tombs in Saqqara with 33 rooms or chambers in total. Mereruka was the vizier to king Teti (C 2323-2191 BC)the first ruler of the 6th dynasty (c 2323-2150 BC) Old Kingdom period of Egypt.
