ALEXANDERS GOOD SEED, AUGUSTA, GA. 18 Alexanders Perfected Rockyford-TRUCKERS STRAIN This new strain of Rockyfordof ours differs from all others inthat it is solidly and deeply net-ted throughout. It is almost im-possible to get any slick can-taloupes with this strain, sothoroughly and deeply is it net-ted. It has thick, green flesh, very small seed cavity and com-paratively few seeds. Ripenssvertly from stem to blossomand is also the most regular insize and shape of all, the mel-ons in a well cultivated crop be-ing almost as nearly alike aspeas in a pod. If you are acantaloupe shipper you knowwhat an advantage this is. Theillustration gives a fairly goodIdea of what might be expect-ed from this Perfected Strainbut it really does not do themelon justice. We cannot rec-ommend this strain o
