(Sept. 28, 2018) Aviation Support Equipment Technitian 3rd Class Glen White, from Black River Falls, Wis., takes a sample of hydraulic fluid for testing aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). Ike is undergoing a Planned Incremental Availability (PIA) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard during the maintenance phase of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP).
