Prof. Luttwak, an acclaimed strategist, raises to ask a panel of experts (from left to right): Maj. Gen Vladimir Ovchinsky, former director of the Russian section of the Interpol; Col. (Ret.) Peter Mansoor, former Brigade Commander in Iraq and Author of "Baghdad at Sunrise"; Dr. Sergio Catignani, Author of "Israeli Counterinsurgency and the Intifadahs"; and Maj. Gen (Retired) Yaakov Amidror, former head of the Israeli Army's Millitary Intelligence Research Division.
