Ninth Scottish Division Memorial shows remembrance stone and above, the major battlefields, campaigns they fought in during WW1


The memorial cairn is 30 feet high and is built of blocks of granite brought over from Scotland around it are twenty six granite boulders with the names of each unit or regiment that served with the division. It included four South African regiments. The memorial was originally in the middle of the Arras Douai road but it was moved in 2006 due to the dangers of heavy traffic for visitors. It is now located close to the Point de Jour Military Cemetery alongside the road.
