Survey data Found from Pribilof Canyon in the southeastern Bering Sea and Unalaska Island in the Aleutian Islands east to off Yakutat Bay in southeastern Alaska. Depth range 25 to 275 m, most frequently ( of occurrences) on the outer shelf between 100 and 150 m. and of occurrences from depths <200 m. Survey data provide a more precise range in the Bering Sea and a new maximum depth record.
