The Rev. James O. Price, Jr. (center) and his wife, Merllyn Price, receive a token of appreciation from Col. John A. Smyrski III, commander, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, during an observance in remembrance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. at WBAMC, Jan. 21. The observance welcomed Price, who was himself a civil rights activist in the 60s while growing up in Atlanta, as a guest speaker for the Soldiers and staff of WBAMC.
