Head, thorax, and abdomen orange ; palpi blue-ldack with white rings at extremities of 1st and 2nd joints ; lower part of frons black; antennae black except towards base; fore tibia' and tarsi streaked with black and white above, the mid and hind tibiae with black rings at extremities and the tarsi streaked with black Fore wing with the basal area orange bounded by an oblique black line from middle of costa to vein 1 well before middle then angled outwards and upwards to the submedian fold beyond middle, tin' orange extending on inner area to below its extremity; the rest of wing semihyaline whitish suffused with pale brown in and below end of cell and on terminal area except at middle; the veins streaked with black ; the medial part of costal area black with a bluish white streak on it below costa; an oblique bluish white discoidal bar defined by blackish; a slight bluish streak in submedian fold from the antemedial line to towards termen ; an obliquely curved brown postmedial line from costa to the end of orange area ; cilia black- brown. Hind wing pale semihyaline yellow, the inner area deeper vellow ; a terminal black-brown band from vein 2 to tornus; cilia.
