H. Lunsford. Mr. J. C. Huffman, who, as previously announced in theElectric Railway Review, has resigned as electrical engineerof the Oneonta & Mohawk Valley Railroad, Oneonta, N. Y.,has accepted a position with the Canadian Westinghouse Com-pany, Limited, with headquarters at Hamilton, Ont. Mr. C. , who succeeds Mr. Huffman as electrical engineer ofthe Oneonta & Mohawk Valley, has been connected with thatroad in various departments ever since the beginning of itsconstruction six years ago. Mr. C. L. Rogers, superintendent of the Uxbridge &Blackstone Street Railway at Uxbridge, Mass., has been ap-pointed superintendent of the Worcester & Blackstone ValleyStreet Railway, with entire charge of the operation of theline from Worcester to Millville. Following the plan of cen-tralizing under one management the roads on the line fromWorcester to Woonsocket, Mr. Rogers also will operate theportion of the Woonsocket Street Railway, a leased line ofthe Rhode Island C
