YUCCA Spanish Bayonet, or Adam's Needle Has a fine appearance; the stem is two feet above the ground, covered with large bell- shaped flowers on laterals, forming a perfect pyramid; valuable for rock work. We list two varieties. Aloifolia. Slender, simple trunk; dagger- shaped leaves 1 to 2 inches wide; very stiff; flowers white, often tinged with green or purple; panicle compact, close to leaves.
