Close to 1,500 refugees were still living at the Piraeus port in makeshift camps set up on passenger areas. Greece now looks to regulate and improve conditions for thousands of migrants detained in camps for weeks as they wait for asylum under the recent EU-Turkey deal, a UN human rights .
