Now introduced for the first time, this new celery has all the good qualities of the Imperial Dwarf Large-Ribbed (see description page 30), but is self-blanching to a very remarkable extent. Without banking up or any cover what- ever, even the outer ribs become of a yellowish white color, of a fresh and v^ry pleasing appearance.
