A rainbow appears in the mist generated by a landing craft air cushion hovercraft as it prepares to embark USS Carter Hall (LSD-50) Dec. 1, 2016 during Amphibious Ready Group Marine Expeditionary Unit Exercise off the coast of Onslow Beach, North Carolina. The Exercise is part of the ARG/24MEU training cycle which is preparing the unit for a deployment early next year. The LCAC is with Delta detachment, Assault Craft Unit 4.
