PHU YEN, Vietnam (June 29, 2022) – Musician 2nd Class Brenton Mitchell, from Centreville, Maryland, right, and Petty Officer 2nd Yukari Miyake, a vocalist with the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force, perform at Luong Van Chanh High School during a Pacific Partnership (PP22) host nation outreach event. Now in its 17th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
