PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Aug. 9, 2022) A seabee, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 18, mans a fighting position part of a simulated attack during NMCB 18’s Field Training Exercise (FTX). FTX is designed to analyze a battalion’s construction capability, expeditionary logistics, and combat operations to support major combat operations, disaster response, and humanitarian assistance.
