MAXXI, acronym of Museum of the Arts of the 21st Century, is a newly established institution of the Italian Ministry of Culture: It was designed as a multidisciplinary space by Zaha Hadid and committed to experimentation and innovation in the arts and architecture. It is the joint home of the MAXXI Arts and MAXXI Architecture.
