Market Square in Pullman National Historical Park with the remains of the market hall located in the center. On the foundation of the first hall from 1882, a new hall was built in 1892 with stores on the second floor and a banquet hall and meeting rooms on the two upper floors. Chicago's Pullman neighborhood has been gentrifying since the end of the 20th century. Many residents are involved in the restoration of their own homes and in projects throughout the neighborhood.
