Charles Cooper, commanding officer of Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Rafael Peralta (DDG 115), gives a tour of the ship to Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Mike Gilday during his visit to reenlist and engage with Sailors aboard Peralta, Nov. 7. Rafael Peralta is assigned to Commander, Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
