Russia, Moscow Spring Festival is under way on April 29, 2016. The festival is associated with a number of Russian holidays: Russian Orthodox Easter and Worker's Day which are to be celebrated on May 1, and Victory Day, May 9. Streets and boulevards of Moscow are cheerfully decorated for good spirits. Tverskoy boulevard is converted into flowers and romance boulevard. Flowers are mostly artificial because it is still too early and a bit cold for natural flowers, but the street atmosphere is cheerful and exciting as a whole.
