Clock Tower and Hôtel de Ville, Arras, northern France, c1914-c1918. The Hôtel de Ville is a historic building in Arras, completed in 1517. It was almost completely destroyed in World War I and rebuilt during the 1920s. Photograph from a series of glass plate stereoview images depicting scenes from World War I (1914-1918).
