(Blood.)—Large, globular with sharp point. Color, purple and red with blue bloom, flesh firm, juicy, dark red or blood color, fine quality; pit very small. Hardy and vigorous grower Aug Yellow Japan (Chase)—Tree a strong vigorous grower and heavy producer. Fruit large, round; yellow skin and flesh, of fine quality. Ripens after Satsuma.
