It was moved by J. E. Walsh, second-ed by J. Griffin, that the next place ofmeeting for the 14th annual conventionbe left in the hands of the incomingExecutive; they to decide definitely atleast within six months, or sooner, ifpossible, and notices of their decision tobe furnished to the trade through thePlumber and Steamfitter. This JOLLY SUPPLY MEN. Joe Morris, (Dominion Radiator Co.) ;G. D. Clewes, (Montreal RollingMills) ; Tom Carlind, (GeneralBrass Works), and Emil Dan-sereau, (Taylor-ForbesCo.) with Harry Mun-day sitting at theirFeet. ELECTION OF OFFICERS. The report of the Nominating Com-mittee was then taken in detail. J. A. Gordon and Joseph Laurier werenominated for President, and on a ballotMr. Gordon was elected. Joseph Laurier and J. E. Walsh werenominated for Vice-jPresident. The August 15, 1908 PLUMBER AND STEAMFITTER ballot was a tie, and the President gavehis casting vote in favor of Laurier. For the post of Secretary, both J. and Harry Munday were nomin-ated by the committee, but the formerwithdrew his name. He was most anxi-ous to help the Association, but on ac-count of pressure of business he couldnot accept the office of Secretary. H. Munday was then elected with ac-clamation.
