DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (April 07, 2021) – Capt. Joel G. Stewart, the commodore of Maritime Preposition Ships Squadron Two, gives a speech honoring Michael “Mickey” Spillane during the boat naming ceremony April 7, 2021. Mickey was the director of the United Seaman’s Service on Diego Garcia and passed away at his home on the island Dec. 22, 2020.
