Very little change is evident in thesemarkets since last weeks reports. Theadvance in rolled oats was general andthe market continues active on the newbasis, bearing out statements made re-cently in these columns. Local busi-ness seems to be particuhirly good every-where and thsre seems to be a reallyevident revival of trade. The flour market, also, continues changes are noticed since last re-ports. Manitoba wheat is coming downin quite heavy supplies and the out-look is very encouraging. Winter Wheat.
