The air jack, which is attached to a piece of -jiin. pipe about 30 ft. long, is-placed over each indentation on theoutside of the tube and the pipe marked with chalk at the endof the tube. When properly placeil air is applied and bylightly striking the tube with a hammer the indentation is quicklyremoved and the tube pressed back into perfect shape. Thiswork can be done with great rapidity and the tulics are in perfectcondition when returned to service. HORIZONTAL DRILLING ATTACHMENTFOR A RADIAL DRILL BY V. T.
