Contractors, Department of Army Civilians with 7th Army Training Command and Soldiers from Soldiers from Charlie company 1st of the 8th, 4th Infantry Division in Smardan, Romania work to place HESCO defensive barriers to be used as a protective barrier into position for the installation of the Theissen Mover Armor Target (MAT) system April 5, 2017. The targeting system can move a tank silhouette target at speeds up to 20 miles per hour for up to 340 meters. The system will be used for joint live fire training with Soldiers and Romanian Land Forces during upcoming exercises. (
