Va., a planthas been installed to reclaim worn anddamaged end rail from line ofroad where it has been replaced bynew rail. The detail of procedure inreclaiming such rail is as follows: After loading the rail on line of roadinto gondolas or flat cars, it is shippedto Martinsburg. It is then placedunder crane No. i which lifts the railsfrom the car and places them one at atime on line of rollers No. 2. Theserollers operate by pneumatic powerand the rails pass to the far end of theline of rollers automatically. At thatpoint the
