A stall sells religious keepsakes in Espinoza Mexico. Twice a year the faithful visit Espinazo a small dusty village and birthplace of El Nino Fidencio one of the most revered healers in North East Mexico. Although he died in the 1940Õs people believe certain priests known as Materias can channel his healing gifts and cure people. During the anniversary of his birth and death over 100 000 people take part in the celebration by giving thanks at his gravesite or bathing and getting healed in mud baths.
