Solar power plant at sunrise. Parabolic mirrors at a solar power plant. These mirrors work by tracking the Sun across the sky and focusing it's rays onto tubes that contain synthetic oil. The oil becomes super-heated and is used to boil water for steam turbine generators which produce electricity. Photographed at the Nevada Solar One solar electric generating station, Nevada, USA.
