The Chicago Cubs' pitcher Kyle Hendricks walking off the mound to a thunderous standing ovation after being removed from the game and completing 7-plus shoutou innings agains the Cincinnati Reds. Hendricks was making what was likely his final start as a Cub after 11 years with the team. Hendricks was the Major League leader in earned run average in 2016 and a standout in that years playoffs including starting Game 7 of the World Series which the Cubs won ending a 108 year championship drought. The view of the action was from a famed rooftop location on Waveland Avenue across the street from Wrigley Field.
