Galapagos sea lion on resting

Galapagos sea lion (Zalophus wollebaeki) resting. These sea lions are found almost exclusively on the Galapagos Islands. Adults have brown/grey fur, while newborn pups are more of a chestnut brown colour. They have a narrow muzzle, whiskered nose and powerful black flippers which make them strong swimmers. Photographed on San Cristobal Island, Galapagos Islands, Ecuador.
