Tai Chi group with fans in Lumpini Park
Morning exercise in Lumpni Park, Silom, Bangkok, Thailand, is a way of life. Each day from 6AM and again at 5PM it is possible to find up to a thousand people or more taking a variety of exercise forms. This group can be seen most days. They are a superb example of skill and dedication. Visitors need to note than when the National is played everyone stands still, even in the park, and it is good manners to follow suit.
