Marine dinosaur (Keichousaurus hui) fossil. This fossil dates to about 210 million years ago, during the Triassic period. It is thought this small reptile, measuring a maximum of 30 centimetres nose to tail, was found in large numbers in the shallow waters of an intercontinental sea. The large numbers could indicate that it was an important prey species for larger carnivores. K. hui specimens have only been found in China. This specimen was found in Guangzou, China.
