First responders from the Mexican states of Jalisco and Michoacán participate in a week of water search and rescue exercises in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, March 20-24, 2017. This training took place in support of Northern Command’s humanitarian assistance partnership with Mexico to train and equip units in water search and rescue, wildlife firefighting and disaster behavioral health.
