Road through Lahaul valley from Kunzum pass to Gramphu village (state of Himachal-Prades, India) is open to traffic for about four months in a year. Snow is cleared in June by Border roads organization. In October snowfalls block the road again. On the picture cyclist is going through the road which is only partly cleared but still officially closed.
