141111-N-HW977-551 NORCO, Calif. (Nov. 11, 2014) Vietnam-era Marine Corps veteran Larry Eckhoff yells "Oorah" as veterans of different services are recognized during George A. Ingalls Veterans Memorial Plaza Dedication. The site, built over the previous five months, is named for Ingalls, the Norco resident who in died in 1967 in Vietnam when he threw himself on a grenade to save his squad and posthumously was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor.
