The cattle pose for the photographer OL PEJETA CONSERVANCY, KENYA UNBELIEVABLE IMAGES of Ankole cows have been captured showing the horned beasts cutting an almost mythological show the cattle as they cut an abrasive figure in the mist their thick six-foot-long horns making it seem like you are looking at the devil in the wild. These images were captured by engineer Gurcharan Roopra (44) from Nairobi Kenya. Gurcharan captured the images at Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Kenya on his Nikon Flagship Z9 mirrorless camera. These beasts have been on Gurcharans radar for a long time and he had a vision for the shoot in his head that took a while to execute, now he is pleased with the results. ?I have been planning to shoot the Ankole for a few years, it took me a while to get the plan put together,? said Gurcharan ?The thought process behind the shots has been going on for a few years, but the last six months is where it really came together. ?These shots are all about the light and smoke. I think you could put any subject in those conditions and get beautiful shots. ?I was with the cows making contact with them all the time assuring them that I am here only to photograph, and would like them to pose for me. Thankfully they agreed. ?Yes I do have a few favourite ones, but the one with the rays of light and some is my favorite. The Ankole surely posed for me, the light and smoke were perfect too, the main ingredient is certainly the cows. ?When the plan has been going on for so long in your head and the shots are close to expectation, it?s an amazing feeling, fulfilling.
