Port Hercule, Monaco. Oct 03,2024: Stopover of the beautiful cruise ship VIKING STAR in Monaco. In April, the luxurious ship was the first one to open the cruise season in Monte-Carlo, part of the French Riviera. The elegant human sized vessel is the lead & first ship of the eponymous class of Viking Ocean Cruises' passenger ships. Since 2022, the Monegasque authorities have decided to limit ships' size welcomed in the city (luxury & premium cruise lines only), reducing the stopovers in the world-famous principality from 165 visits in 2019 to 117 in 2024.
