Yala National Park is a large wildlife reserve in southeast Sri Lanka, lagoons bordering the Indian Ocean. It includes a wide variety of ecosystems including forest, grassland, wetlands and coastal lagoons. The park is home to diverse wildlife including leopards, elephants, water buffalo and crocodiles, as well as hundreds of bird species, like this large stork.
