Groundwork contractors and foundation work on the Morar Car Home site begins. Temperatures are set to climb when Technic Concrete Pumping, a £500,000 hydraulic machine, transports wet concrete from 15 concrete mixers expected to arrive at the Preston Docks site on Navigation Way. The already-piled development site will now get 175 cubic metres of cement as the foundation for the two-story structure.
