It has received the gold medal of the National Rose So- ciety of Great Britain and first-class certificates from all the leading hor- ticultural societies of Europe and America. It is quite hardy. 15 cts. California's New Striped Rose Rainbow. This new Rose from California, which no doubt will be extensively planted, was awarded a silver cup by the State Floral Society. The color is a lovely shade of deep coral pink, striped and mottled in the most unique manner with intense crimson, and elegantly colored with rich gold- en amber at center and base of pe- tals. It makes beautiful buds, and the flowers are extra large, very sweet, and of great depth and sub- stance. 15 cents; two-year-old plants, 35 cents. Mad. Hoste. Ivory white, changing during the heat of mid-summer to canary yellow with amber cen- ter ; a strong, healthy grower and very free bloomer. New Rose Princess Bonnie. A constant bloomer. The flowers are borne on long stiff stems, large and semi-double.
