Elephant damage. Elephants can cause significant tree loss and damage in over populated reserves. In the centre of this image is a tree that has been pushed over so that the elephants could feed on its uppermost leaves. Either side are two trees that have had some of their bark stripped off. Elephants eat the inner layer of the bark to supplement their diet. Photographed in Mosi O Tunya Reserve, Zambia.
