Norfolk, Va. (May 7, 2021) Cmdr. Timothy Drosinos, prospective commanding officer of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 22, and Cmdr. Matthew Wright, commanding officer of HSC 22, conduct an aerial change of command ceremony onboard Naval Station Norfolk. Wright commanded HSC 22 from 2019 to 2021.
